How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days and sent from Hudson, New York. As each piece is carefully made and assembled by hand, some styles or custom orders may require additional time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the products have all original tags and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Can you make me something in my favorite colors?
Yes, we are happy to create something truly personal for you, your group/event, or your business. Please fill in the Custom Order Form to get started. We will return a quote once we receive your inquiry.
How long will my custom order take to process and ship?

Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Our jewelry is offered to approved partners who align with our vision. Each piece is made with care; please allow 2-4 weeks for production. If you need your order sooner, let us know-we’ll do our best to meet your timeline.
