PAYMENT TERMS
Our jewelry is offered to approved partners who align with our vision. Opening orders begin at $1000, with reorders at a $500 minimum. Payment is collected before shipment unless other arrangements (Net 30) are made.

LEADTIME
Each piece is made with care; please allow 2-4 weeks for production. If you need your order sooner, let us know — we’ll do our best to meet your timeline.

SHIPPING
Orders ship from Woodstock, New York, with shipping costs covered by the buyer. We use USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx unless another method is preferred. You will receive tracking details so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days. We will repair, replace, or credit as needed.
